At Eone, we want you to enjoy touchable time for years to come. That’s why we’re committed to building your Bradley with quality materials and manufacturing, and taking care of any concerns you may have about your timepiece.
Each Bradley timepiece purchased directly from eone-time.com or from an authorized retailer is covered by a 2 year warranty.
The warranty covers any and all parts of the watch that may need repair due to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. Eone's obligations hereunder are limited to repair or replacement at Eone’s discretion. Eone will cover the cost of returning the repaired or replaced product to you. The warranty excludes the battery, strap and excessive wear or damage to the case or movement. Eone is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages, and any recovery may not exceed the amount paid for the timepiece.
Any claim outside of the warranty period with Eone will involve you returning the defective goods to us, at your expense.

If you purchased your timepiece through our online shop, please e-mail us at hello@eone-time.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Description of the issue you’re experiencing
- Photos that clearly depict the issue, if applicable
- Your shipping address, if it is different from your order
Purchases from an Authorized Retailer
If you purchased your timepiece from an authorized retailer, please contact them first. If they are unable to help you, please e-mail us at hello@eone-time.com with the following information:
- Name and location of the authorized retailer where you purchased your Bradley
- Copy of receipt or proof of purchase
- Description of the issue you’re experiencing
- Photos that clearly depict the issue, if applicable
- Your shipping address
