We hope you love your Bradley timepiece. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, any brand new product can be returned and the cost of the item refunded. If there is something we can do to make your experience better, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Faulty products that have been purchased from eone-time.com can be replaced or refunded within 14 days after delivery.
We offer a 2 year warranty on all of our timepieces. The warranty applies to products purchased from eone-time.com that become faulty after 14 days and products purchased from an authorized retailer. Please refer to our warranty section for more information.
Returns are accepted up to 14 days after your product is delivered, and in accordance with our return policy:
- The product must have been purchased directly from eone-time.com. For orders placed from an authorized retailer, you will need to follow the authorized retailer’s return policy.
- The item must be unused, undamaged, complete with all parts and accessories, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
- We suggest that you return items through USPS, UPS, or FedEx, and obtain a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost in transit to us.
- Any shipping and handling charges you paid when you purchased the item are not refundable.
